WINE WELL AT THE NEW WINE FESTIVAL 2026
On May 9, 2026, Wine Well proudly participated in the 17th annual New Wine Festival held at Mtatsminda Park in Tbilisi - one of Georgia’s most beloved and important wine events.
Since its founding in 2010, the New Wine Festival has become a major celebration of Georgian wine culture, bringing together wineries, family cellars, wine professionals, sommeliers, writers, importers, and wine lovers from around the world to discover the newest wines from each harvest.
This year’s festival was especially meaningful, as it was dedicated to the memory of Malkhaz Kharbedia - the initiator, co-founder, and driving spirit behind the festival. His words, “Wine for everyone and everyone for wine!”, officially became the festival’s motto moving forward.
Throughout the day, guests had the opportunity to taste hundreds of wines from the 2025 harvest, meet the winemakers behind them, and explore the diversity of Georgian wine traditions, terroirs, and grape varieties.
As a family winery and member of Georgia’s natural wine movement, Wine Well was proud to present our Natural Qvevri Wines alongside many inspiring producers from across the country.
For us, the New Wine Festival is not only an opportunity to share our wines, but also a reminder of how deeply wine is connected to Georgian culture, hospitality, and identity.
We are grateful to everyone who visited our stand, tasted our wines, shared conversations, and became part of another unforgettable festival day at Mtatsminda Park.
